 1) Shipping & Delivery

a) Regular orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days by standard shipping, so you should expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days for Continental US addresses, 5 - 8 business days for Alaska and Hawaii addresses, 7-10 business days for US Protectoates addresses and 18 -32 business days for APO/FPO addresses. The arrival date is pretty much accurate according to our experience but it's non-guaranteed. Special orders may require additional time. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. 

b) You will receive a shipment tracking notice after your order is shipped. If you are not able to receive your package at your home, we recommend you use your working address to avoid letting your parcel be unattended. Please use the tracking number to check the shipping status and scheduled estimated delivery date. Currently retail orders will be sold and shipped to the United Sates only. Some items can NOT ship to Post Office Boxes, overseas locations, or any location except the continental 48 United States. Please read our products statement and shipping policies before placing your order.

c) We offer free standard shipping to the Continental US addresses on retail orders over $100. If a voluntary return occurs, the free standard shipping value will be deducted based on your total order amount, which is to cover the original freight. d) We can only ship to an address provided through an order confirmation. Sorry that we can not ship to an address provided through e-mail or phone communications under any circumstances. Any shipping address changes will have to go through an order confirmation. This means you will have to cancel your original order and place a new order with your new shipping address. Please note that your order can NOT be canceled if it has been shipped.

e) It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate shipping address, which will be transferred exactly to the shipping company accordingly. We are not able to change or reroute the shipping address once your order is shipped. For any returned or refused orders which are not due to our error, your original shipping will be forfeited. If your order is shipped by UPS instead of USPS, you will be billed an additional UPS handling fee of $17.50 which will be deducted from your order amount. The rest of your original order amount will be refunded to your account once your order is returned to us. We are not financially responsible for the buyer's mistakes to the reimbursement of a shipping charge, as we have fulfilled our obligations once we shipped your order the 1st time. In order to re-ship your order, you will have to place a new order.

f) Once a package is dropped off to shipping carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package and cannot guarantee the condition of the shipment. In case of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability. We will not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the customer, shipping carrier, holidays, weather or any condition other than our errors.

2) Returns & Refunds

a) We will accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase, this is to ensure that customer full satisfaction is made on every purchase. You may request a return/exchange through our Online Return Management by logging into your account. If you made a purchase without registering in our website, please use the "Contact Us" link in our website to send us a detail description of your return with your order number and payment information. Such a request can be made only if certain conditions are met - the product must be returnable (which excluding Clearance, Closeout, Custom, Special or Personalized Orders) and its return period must not be over. We will provide you a RMA number (which is valid for 15 days ) and return instructions upon our validation of your information.

b) Due to our inability to match your purchase with the returned item, any return without a valid RMA number will be refused and automatically returned, a handling fee may be assessed. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. It is your responsibility for any return/exchange shipping costs and shipping methods to ensure the returned item is received by us.

c) In order to make your return easily, please note that item must be returned with original packaging in the original box. All jewelry products must be in unworn condition and all other products must be in unused condition. We do not accept any return which has been used or in any condition which cannot be resold. We guarantee our quality and workmanship 100%. Every item has been thoroughly checked, professionally packed and video taped before shipment to make sure the item is in perfect condition. If any returns arrive to us scratched, dirty, dented or damaged which reduces the item resale value, there will be a restocking fee up to 50%. Please note that the original shipping cost is not refundable. If a return occurs, the free standard shipping value will be deducted accordingly based on your total order amount, please see more details in Shipping Cost. It may take up to 14 business days for your credit to be shown on your bank account which dependents on your financial institution.

d) When you receive your package, please inspect your parcel carefully. If you receive an obvious damaged parcel, please notify the shipping carrier immediately. To report a problem regarding damage, shortage or wrong shipment, please contact us immediately through your account or use the "Contact Us" link at our website. Please provide us with photos or videos, this will help us to examine the problem in detail and resolve it much faster. Photos or videos can be easily done with your smart phone or a digital camera. Please upload or attach any photos in your e-mail. Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing material, or broken items until your claim is verifed. Sometimes the shipping carrier or our company may collect the damaged goods for inspection purpose. We are unable to send out replacement items until the claim is approved, or a payment is made for the 2nd shipment. If your item is non-replaceable, we will issue a refund once your claim is verified and approved.

e) We have been manufacturing lead-free fine pewter castings and selling the pewter design application on giftware for decades. A defective application is very rare, however this is not a perfect world and we can never say never. If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us for assistance. We will repair or replace any defective items at no cost with manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. Please read and follow care instructions to make your products last longer. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or negligence. Any unauthorized attempt to repair the defective item will hinder our ability to exam the real defects and will VOID your eligibility for free repairing or replacement. f) Refund Administration Fee: Merchant payment system charges 3.5% of transaction fee which is not refundable when a refund is issued, which is referred to as “refund administration fee”. We cannot be held liable for any administration fee due to an accidental order, remorse purchasing, voluntary returns, refused orders, false claims, or any other situation except our error. Please take your time to place an order or confirm a claim, which will prevent an unnecessary loss for all of us. Thank you !
